Analysis on Party-Spirit Cultivation of Young Cadres in Universities and Innovative Practice of Party-Building Education from the Empowerment Perspective of Grand Ideological-Political Work

Abstract：

Young cadres in colleges and universities are a new force in the development of higher education, and their level of party spirit cultivation is directly related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people. The traditional party spirit education for young cadres has outstanding problems such as too much theoretical indoctrination, little practical experience, and a disconnect between organizational training and self-refinement, making it difficult to adapt to the requirements of high-quality development of party building in colleges and universities in the new era. Based on the perspective of ideological and political empowerment, this article systematically explains the core connotation and practical shortcomings of party spirit training for young cadres in colleges and universities, builds a four-dimensional linkage cultivation system of "ideological tempering-political experience-practical training-professional training", and proposes a transformation path guided by the innovative practice of party-building education, aiming to provide theoretical and practical support for improving the quality and efficiency of the construction of young cadres in colleges and universities, and leading the high-quality development of higher education with high-quality party building.
