Improving the Cultivation Plan for Infection Prevention Professionals from the Perspective of Integrating Industry and Education

Abstract：

Based on the main idea of integrating industry and education, this paper identifies the basic principles of talent cultivation that are in line with the characteristics of accident prevention (risk reduction) specialisation. It aims to enhance the entire talent cultivation plan by means of curriculum system, practical teaching and faculty development, establishing a modern talent training system in cooperation with enterprises, integrating jobs and courses, and achieving the unity of knowledge and practice. The aim is to advance the deep integration of education, industry and research and development, address structural mismatches in the supply of talent for the economy, and provide important support for the national strategy and regional economic development.
