Exploring the Reform of Fine Management of Personnel and Student Records in Vocational Education Colleges Driven by Digital New Quality Productivity

Abstract:

Digital new quality productivity, driven by digitalization, intelligence, and precision technology, provides a new path for the transformation and upgrading of personnel and student record management in vocational colleges. The current archives management in vocational education colleges generally faces practical problems such as the solidification of extensive management mode, insufficient integration of data and intelligence, imperfect management system, and low service efficiency, which are difficult to adapt to the core needs of high-quality development of vocational education. This article is based on the characteristics of vocational education institutions and the actual management of archives. It defines the inherent relationship between digital new quality productivity and fine management of archives, clarifies the core principles of reform implementation, deeply analyzes the prominent shortcomings of personnel and student record management at the current stage, and proposes targeted and practical fine reform measures that are suitable for vocational education scenarios. The aim is to promote the transformation of vocational education archive management from traditional paper-based, experiential, and fragmented models to digital, standardized, intelligent, and full process fine management models, fully tap into the educational value, management value, and service value of archive data, and assist in the modernization of vocational education governance capabilities.
